We try to get all orders out as quick as we can, If something you ordered is not quite ready, it should be clearly listed in the description or you will be notified promptly and you will be kept up to date on shipping.

2. Order-related emails: Each email related to your order, such as shipping updates or delivery notifications, will also include your order number. Please check these emails for easy reference.

Yes! We ship to most countries. Please go through the check out process to see where we ship and what the shipping cost will be.

Shipping is calculated based on location and product weight, if for any reason at the time of shipping there is a major overcharge, we are happy to refund you the difference. You will be notified if a refund is processed, it can take 10-15 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

You are responsible for all international duties and fees.

Domestic orders are typically shipped with USPS. A tracking number was emailed to you as soon as your order was fulfilled. Please make sure you have checked your spam folder if you do not see any emails from our shop.

If you are an international customer, we typically ship with USPS, Fedex or UPS, depending on what service you chose at checkout.

Refunds or exchanges may be made only in the case of shop error or if item is faulty.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
